Do you ship internationally?

International shipping will be offered in the future, but at this time, we only ship within the United States.

Yes, standard shipping is free for all orders. Expedited shipping options, such as 2nd-day, next-day, or same-day (where applicable) will incur additional costs.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and carrier. We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and timelines are based on their respective schedules and logistics. Please note that we do not control shipping speeds once an order has been sent to our shipping partners.

Orders are sent to our shipping partners once per week in order to consolidate multiple orders for a more efficient shipping process. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Yes, tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders. You will receive and email with your tracking details once your order is sent to one of our shipping partners.

If your order is lost during shipping, we will resend it at no additional cost. For items that have been damaged during shipping, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

We do not offer gift packaging. Local delivery is generally managed by our carrier partners, or if an item has been purchased within a couple of days prior to a concert, you have the option to pick the order up at the show so long as a copy of the order invoice is shown.

While we aim to send out orders once per week, other unexpected delays may occur due to holidays or inclement weather which are out of our control.
