Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Vow of Ruin! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our procedures and requirements.

Right of Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, threatening, or harassing. Known individuals who exhibit this behavior will have their orders revoked and any and all funds refunded within 7-14 business days.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • All returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Physical media (e.g., CDs, DVDs) must remain in their sealed, original packaging.
  • Clothing items, reasonably designated as outerwear, must be returned clean.
  • The following items are non-refundable:
    • Digital downloads
    • Gift cards
    • Clothing items marked as “underwear” or “intimates”
    • Tickets, whether sold directly through our store or third-party platforms (e.g., StubHub, SeatGeek, VividSeats, Etix). Tickets sold by third parties are governed by their respective policies.
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Items returned outside the 30-day return window

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

  • Full refunds will be issued for eligible items returned within the policy guidelines.
  • If an item is damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement item or store credit upon receipt of proof of damage (e.g., photographs).
  • Exchanges are available for any physical goods. Customers must provide a reasonable explanation for the exchange (e.g., incorrect size, physical defect).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We hope to cover return shipping costs in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return, please provide either:

  • Invoice number
    – or –
  • Order email address
  • Purchase date

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee will apply to returned clothing items.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally.
